I think Chuck roast underrated, I will have to add to my to do list. Great Dish. I would think if you put basket in warm water to soap and then dishwasher the basket would clean itself. I'm waiting for the KJ road show with KJ 3. 👍
after thinking about it for a week or so that chuck roast was the best I've ever had. Completely blew us away. All the flavors mixed so well with the cherry wood. and we normally soak the basket but sometimes it's just not enough. I joke every time that I'm going to take it outside and just pressure wash it haha and that's awesome! have they started carrying the 3s at the road show? When it was last in NOLA they claimed they'd only be selling the 2s at the roadshow. I had my doubts about that claim.
