Debunking Plagiarism claims and channel update 

Gonna add a quick addendum. Just tested editing the .aup files, they also update the date modified and date created as well. I think folders store the actual data based on the size. Moreover, the date for the first voice is the 20th of June, so I think it was actually created then, and the final recording or whatever was the 30th. So it reiterate, all edits in audacity, like audition, update the .aup file to the same date created and date modifed.

Dude you've taken multiple year long breaks and you still get 2k views within the first hour of uploading and got a dedicated fanbase even after the 4+ years since you more or less quit. Stay strong bro we got your back

This is literally like if Nerbit or MittenSquad tried to claim that the other stole their challenge run type videos. They don’t do that because they have sense, respect for one another, and they know that other folks can and will make those types of videos.

It is truly sad when another creator makes a mistake and then blames another for plagiarism... It is ridiculous when he could've reached out, realized you both had the same idea then maybe come together for a collaboration that would've led to an increase in both channels, instead Eredin tried to rip you down.. Ngl this aggressor and their behaviour makes me think they're trying to hype up their content with drama and increased views and comments from thentheapple viewers. A perk of doing this is better algorithm recognition which gives them more views and adsense. Given this and their attitude towards subs of being "you're either in or get out" I would rather you stick around. I'd rather periodic absences than clout chasers giving me lore. Edit: Elaboration Edit: as of Sept 24 2022 Eredin has 15K views Thentheapple has 150K views. Quality content on Thentheapple is why I stay so I agree with the view difference. Also he built his community over a long period. Eredin has his most recent video starting a year ago according to YT. They're stealing Thentheapples style and types of lore videos as thentheapple has been doing this for years now.

It's clear that the people accusing you are clout chasers trying to get more views by painting you in a negative light. Negativity does attract more views. They don't own Elden Ring, they don't own the lore. Also who gets mad over someone else's video about lore in a video game unless there was some ulterior motive? As a complete outsider to all 3 of the content creators communities, Zio's video immediate screamed an arguement out of bad faith by how it was presented, and revealed no evidence that would lead a reasonable person who stands on innocent till proven guilty beliefs, to judge you as guilty.

I've been on YT a lot longer than you and trust me, the angry, petty, hater creators don't last long. Just dismiss them and ignore them.

The guy talks alot about dates and stuff. But thing is, even if the dates were in his favour, it's not evidence of plagiarism. So this can guy can try and try and try to claim plagiarism but he has such a lack of evidence even if you believed everything he says. Which has been proven to be false. No matter what, you're a great creator and I love your lore vids. End of the day, that's probably why he's done it all.

It really seems like people are expecting that any creator would comb through thousends upon thousends of videos, reddit posts and yt comments, just to find the hopefully first person that came with the same idea as them.

As soon as you said that he had a smaller subscriber base i knew that he is lying. He is probably just doing it to try to get more subscribers. I have heard of other people doing that as well, because there are always people out there who are looking for some bandwagon to jump on just to feel like they are part of something.

Seems like the type of person that was deliberately picking a fight, not expecting a response. That way, they could milk it and use the lack of response as "proof". As that continues "unresponded", it becomes "proven", then "admitted to" etc etc. Its a standard marketing smear. So you responding at all already undercut that plan, let alone with hard proof. Hence the scramble to dismiss everything as fake and insinuate you spent the whole time making it all up. He wasn't expecting a response, he was expecting to milk controversy. Considering the space is lore and theories, it's insane to think that two people can't look at the same information and come to the same conclusion. Since I assume he isn't insane, the logical conclusion is this was entirely purposeful on their part. The use of incendiary words like plagiarized and copyright are tools to further that controversy.

Anyone who knows anything about Windows file creation/modified times knows that shit doesn't prove anything, and falsifying them would be utterly pointless. Also when you provide evidence, and someone finds a new dispute within that evidence; that's called "moving the goalposts". At that point you should point this out, and then declare your intent to disengage further communication.
