So I guess the mayor of Scottsdale's comments are just rumours....right???

Craig was literally saying plan B would not be to relocate and now here he is today saying welp, the coyotes will have to fall back and relocate if the arena falls through….

If I didn’t know any better I’d believe this was an SNL skit (if SNL was actually funny that is). What kind of reporter rolls his eyes at the thought of journalists “talking to people” and having “sources,” I guess they’re nothing but lazy half assed no talent hacks who don’t have any common sense. It makes perfect sense that the NHL wants to wait on a late June auction and play another 3-4 years in a college arena. Those dumb journalists don’t have big brain to know that when people tell you the direction something is headed in it’s only because of their own personal agendas, and if on the surface it doesn’t make sense then there’s absolutely no way it could from another angle or some deep research into the subject. That’s top reporting right there.

Good luck being the winning bidder on that land ! That’s a very valuable 80 acres & every home builder & retail corporation will easily out bid the yotes !

Nobody is willing to explain where the money is going to come from to build the arena. With the fair to negative attitude the valley overall has toward the Coyotes and its owner the idea of raising the money thru seat licenses is ludicrous. The Rams and Chargers did it but thats the NFL not the NHL and football is immensely more popular than hockey. phoenix is not LA.

Who announces what they are bidding on in an auction.??? They obviously plan on losing the auction so they have an excuse to move the franchise without pissing off the local fan base....so they don't lose local ticket sales as they relocate the franchise.

There may not be a bylaw specifying the size your arena needs to be, but I'm pretty sure the NHLPA might have a grievance with the 'Hockey Related Revenue' the Coyotes are contributing (or not contributing, as it were), and its affect on the players escrow deducted from their paycheck??? The team relocated to Arizona 27..28 ? years ago. Multiple owners, Multiple locations, Being evicted as a tenant for non payment. Sharing space in a 4,500 municipal rink. Sometimes you have to admit , maybe it wasn't meant to be and move on ... 🤔😴
