I had some good feedback from the Sprout vs OG video I made a little while ago on Nuke, I figured I'd try the same type of format for CT side Inferno. These are only a couple rounds but I hope I illustrated well enough what kind of aspects you need to be considering at any point in the round. Let me know what you guys think!
Loved the breakdown! These videos are so great for building game sense and seeing why players would make certain plays/take risks for information. Thank you for another great video. :)
thank you for these tactics and the breakdown, it is super good. if you decide to do this type of video again, i would like to see one on the t side of train since it seems super complex to me.
Thanks! It's probably one of the toughest things to get over as a player, but hopefully I conveyed it well enough that it's actually a necessity in certain situations. Appreciate the support as always!
@mahone_tv that gives me an idea for a potential video idea. i'm a very "info-hungry" player and will go for some plays even if it's not the best play. e.g. if there's 20 seconds left in the round, I'm A and my only other teammate is B; I should play in a position to stay alive/get 2 since even if i get info that A is clear, it will be too late for me to help B. I'm not sure if there's other scenarios like this you could go over?
@@KevinWowCS This is a great suggestion. These types of situations are never clear-cut, there are many aspects to consider. But laying out what those considerations are could be valuable!
If it wasn’t for you. I wouldn’t be half as successful on Inferno. Thanks a lot man. Also is there a way you can do these analysis on twitch, so that we can support you ?
Great in-depth content! could we get some Solo / Duo A plays for train? Recently trying to add train into me and my mate’s map pool, would be nice to know a bit more on how to play CT side A, coz atm most of the time all we do is just rush IVY.
hey mahone :) im not sure if it is really relevant, but do you think it could be a cool extra info in the intro, from when the demo is? :D just to know how up to date the matches are n stuff
Lucelot008 Might do this in the future and include it in the description... a good portion of my videos usually come from 3-5 demos! Thanks for the suggestion!
I don't really like the second wave util dump. EG goes from full util on everybody at the start of the round to 1 molly and 2 smokes at 1:30 into the round and what do they even get out of it? It doesnt matter where liquid goes now, so long as they throw a small fake or a half assed execute thats it. EG has literally 0 util and 0 map control and 0 info. So what is the point of throwing so much util and then just leaving 1 on site, not even pushed where he can get early info? Just seems peculiar to me though perhaps it makes sense in the context of the other rounds they played that game
