Hello boat buddy! I think you should actually apply several more layers of Bondo paste! And then you know.... sanding and sanding! until it is the way you like it. The truth is that since you are not willing to sand for a long time, when starting a project on a boat, that person is better off buying a new boat and not second-hand! One day my fingers are going to fall off my hands on the floor from spending so much time sanding!!!! 😂😂😂 Aaah! A question.... What do you have planned for the future? Bimini or dodger? 👋👋👋

Hello and welcome! Yes, I agree with you, more bondo and more sanding 😅🤪🥵😭. I have a canvas bimini with a few cracked SS tubes after an accident. I loved fully enclosed bimini, especially on the anchor and when the rain was outside. I'm thinking of rebuilding it back, but I might build it with a hard top, solar panels, and maybe rain water collecting setup...
