Expanding along the Great Western Road, it's time for National Busways West Scotland to purchase their first double deckers in the form of some ALX400-bodied DAF DB250LFs. The new service is numbered 51, and runs along Great Western Road for a short distance, then diverts to the south, before swinging North again to cross the Great Western Road and run a clockwise circuit of Dumbarton, terminating at Dumbarton station.
