@@evilgamer533 they deck the opponent out through milling, and they also special summon a lot so if someone hits them with a maxx c they might end up losing that much quicker

The number of people who I've seen use Maxx C after I play a Trickstar card is too damn high

I don't see anything wrong with using MAXX C against Trickstars. All they do is punish you for drawing cards.

Painful choice , a card that is banned for 19 years , now with 3000 atk and can revive itself. Fair and balanced

Idk why they did not make it so that it requires Dark and Light monsters. They had to make it generic. At least they should have limited it to only Light and Dark Deck filled monsters via locking it: I.E you can only summon Light and Dark Monsters. They should also make it so that when it excavate, a light and a dark monster should be among those milled with both atrributes present otherwise nothing happens. Weird that a Light and Dark Synchro Monster card got a more restrictive Summoning cost via Light and Dark monster and it never sees play in Dark and Light decks due to how its effect is useless as it can only be counted as a Light Monster which dont matter even in a Chaos Deck despite the card being a Dark and Light support than Chaos Ruler. The card even has the ludicrous summoning condition of "Light Tuner and a Dark Non-Tuner monster", which Chaos Ruler should have.

I've made 3 60 card decks recently and they're so much fun honestly. There's no set line to take and it forces you to get creative. Also it's great against Maxx C and Runick

The 60 card variant imo is not that good, I'm talking from experience, the only advantage you get is milling block dragon but you mostly can search it consistently in the 40 card version with gallant granite. I play with a spright engine of 1 blue, 1 jet, 1 red, 1 of the spell/trap negate, 2 elf, 1 gigantic, 2 starter. And because it's only these it hardly bricks, using 3 blue i think is a error because they can clog the excavation. That's just my opinion if you prefer the 60 version go ahead

That's not entirely true. While Tear can act during the opponent's turn and such, their extra deck is far more limited than Lightsworn's. Lightsworn can easily slap 3 negates on the field, or go onto a field nuke, or one of the Red Dragon Archfiend boss monsters... Sure, Tear does crazy stuff, and does the milling thing just as well, but it has less versatility

@@randomcatname7792 Tearshizu is the single strongest deck in the entire history of the game. Dont know if you heard. Lightsworn isnt even a blip on the radar compared to it.

start from zero, copying down what Farfa has, as opposed to starting with your deck and going backward; keep the decks goal in mind when evaluating card importance. u can do this!

@@dragon-id5uj I followed your advice and was able to get a similar decklist in the end, thank you so much! I figured that was my mistake, I always play the same Lightsworn core when it comes to variants of the deck and the same engine boosters so I was just locking my mind to those options without thinking about branching out
