F#m, B, A, E (Open) - play it decending the neck (like he does live), also you can play an E from the 12 fret (during the bridge) to add some spice. also, during the bridge, he plays all these chords with an open low E, to add some different tonality to the song

Try it a few ways see which ever is more comfortable for you in this case theirs no set way you should do it

Squier Fender 70's strat with a mighty mite neck. A DiMarzio cruizer neck pick up. Bias FX for the amp sim, and Ableton live for DAW.

I think a clean sounding amp with some reverb will get you there. I think I used Bias FX for the amp sim.
