There are a lot of similarities between what the people in America were facing in 1776, and what we in America are experiencing in 2024. Today, we can declare our independence from an oppressive empire built around polarization and perpetual conflict, from a culture of manufactured sickness & disease, and from a culture of fear and scarcity.

You know at first when you said just a small group of people I was thinking no I believe everyone should have their independence not just a small group of people, but then when you talked specifically about independence from the Fast Food culture and all that other health stuff then I was like okay I am definitely not giving up my Fast Food or my Dr Pepper. Definitely agree with being independent from the us vs them culture though. Love you and God bless you Jamal ❤

Thanks for listening and also for sharing your thoughts here. Regarding health, I can only tell you that things began to change for me when I began to realize that in order to experience life fully, free from illusion and suffering, my body needed to be treated with the utmost care and attention. This is because, like a radio, if the antenna isn't in good condition, the signal will not be able to come through properly. The body is like an antenna. If the goal is to be able to live fully and with presence and attention, how I treat my body and mind matters tremendously. Poisoned food and water severely limit my ability to be fully alive and present. Hope that makes sense.
