I struggle with a relationship with my mom as an adult because of the trauma she’s caused me all through my life with her toxic behavior and own unhealed projections. She thinks me calling her out on it and expressing my pain is being “ungrateful” for her. She thinks I should only focus on the fact that we had a roof over our heads and clothes to wear and food on our plates and doctors visits when needed. She acts like my emotional needs don’t matter and my mental health issues from her are my fault.

I know me personally I went through a period of time where I was telling myself and everyone in my life that I was this faithful Godly Christian man that I just wasn’t. I even aggressive went after things I really didn’t want to appease God and or the Christians in my life maybe, look like a better and more Godly man to myself and or avoid going to hell and or being cursed by God in this life. I was literally a fake Christian. I always hated the idea that we were all sinners deserving of hell and if we didn’t believe in God, didn’t believe the right things, didn’t live how God wanted us to, weren’t as God wanted us to be and or didn’t literally sell our soul to God God would do anything from smite us to burn us alive forever. I always liked to believe in an unconditionally loving and forgiving God and not a retributive God. I love doing small acts of kindness for people weather that be helping them with something or saying kind words to them but I never liked the idea of giving up everything I love for God or even for others. As a teenager I was very retributive and loved the idea of wishing harm on those who didn’t respect me and there being good people and bad people but once I started to soften and ever since then I always preferred the idea that everyone has good over the idea that everyone was bad or that anyone was bad or deserving of punishment let alone hell even. Also I for a while was the kind of person who would say do what God tells you to but what I really meant was do what makes you happy because God made you the way you are for a reason which I still like to believe that today but back then I wanted everyone to believe in God and of course many when I said do what God tells you to probably heard do what the Bible says not do what makes you happy, but since I started to be more opened towards people who don’t believe in God I really wanted to respect everyone’s beliefs there and tell them believe in God if it makes you happy and be an Atheist if that makes you happy which is what I like to tell people now. The reason I pretended to be this Christian man that I just wasn’t was partly because I liked the sound of the word Christian in my head and at the time wanted to present myself as some faithful Godly man and also liked the idea of kicking the Devils ass and then bragging about it and telling others how they can do the same, basically I wanted to wear the whole thing as an identity but not actually live the life, definitely didn’t wanna go around telling people they were sinners deserving of hell and God was angry at them but took it out on Jesus or repent or burn in hell. I also was coming from a place of fear of hell, deep down fear of God and maybe fear of the Devil too, you know what they say if you don’t believe the whole Bible the Devils lying to you and if you don’t wanna follow the Bible the Devil is leading you down a bad path. Basically my Christianity was all an ego thing. All it took was hearing biblically evidence that hell wasn’t real or at least wasn’t forever and God wasn’t this easily angered monster who you have to ask for forgiveness every time you slip or get something wrong and I was out and excited to leave it behind. I understand for many leaving Christianity is like a painful loss at first, for me it wasn’t that at all, I was like ya I can leave this behind, I never liked it in the first place. I now though struggle with intense anger and hatred towards Christianity I think because I wasted the few years I did fearing God when I could’ve been doing what I actually would’ve otherwise wanted to do. I don’t wanna let that stop me from living the life I wanna live now, I don’t like sitting around feeling bad for myself but in all honesty where I’m at right now I like to see the good in everyone and wish everyone all the love and happiness in the world and everything that makes their soul happy but the one group of people I often feel the least compassionate towards are those who in anyway at all encourage the fear of God ❤

A child is not made to owe anyone anything, it's a investment you are making knowing you are getting nothing in return. That is our duty to our children. We made them, brought them here and should give them all they need to be a person, knowing full well that should be enough for us.

That’s literally the most disgusting mindset ever. Imagine being a mom and carrying a baby inside of u for 9 months, throwing up, going through multiple hours of labor, going through body changes, having excessive bleeding to birth a child and to give them an opportunity into this world where they can be an important person and they can experience happiness, sadness, anger, wisdom, knowledge, heartbreak, guilt, peace, etc. and for u to spend so much money invest so much time into them for example losing sleep bc ur baby won’t stop crying at night or buying the new PS5 bc even tho u don’t play video games bc u no ur child loves them. For them to grow up and claim that they don’t owe u anything. No u owe them everything. Ur parents gave u the opportunity to be who u r or if u don’t like who u r, sculpt urself into being who u want to be. And for someone to say that your child doesn’t owe you anything bc it holds an authoritative prospect over them js shows wat type of person u r.
@nomiko96
@nomiko96 Месяц назад
This shows what kind of person you are. The child did not choose you or to be in this world. The parents had more than enough time to decide, that child owed no one anything. Those choices were made by their own volition. I hope to god you never have a child

@jaz4198ify
@jaz4198ify Месяц назад
It was your choice to put your body through that not theirs don’t blame them for somthing they have no say in choosing if anything ask yourself why your child wouldn’t want to help you back. how horrible of a mother were you for them to have that mindset. if your an actual good parent I’m sure they will want to of their own will not because you expect them too because you decided to open your legs in the first place.
@TopG7966
@TopG7966 Месяц назад
@@nomiko96 no most children get there needs met and more. For example: -Making a nursery -buying endless amount of baby clothes -buying a new backpack every year -setting up playdates -having birthday party’s -getting a costume for Halloween -buying make up ( if ur a girl ) -going shopping Etc. ur parents don’t HAVE to do these things. But they do them anyways bc they love you. Unless u have a narsasistic parent or an abusive one. So its ur obligation to take care of them when they’re old.
@TopG7966
@TopG7966 Месяц назад
@@jaz4198ify Again, if ur parent is a narcissist or is abusive then I would completely understand not wanted to take care of them when ur old. But you need to stop victimizing yourself. Instead of saying “ I don’t owe my parents anything bc I didn’t ask to be here” you should say “I’m thankful that she didnt keep her legs closed bc now I’m here.” Stop victimizing urself for no reason.

Thanks for listening. Personally, I am interested in playing the biggest game possible in this life because life and my potential is infinite in nature, but my programing and self imposed limitations are mainly a reaction to my past. Reactions always limit us, but there is true freedom in expanding beyond our programmed past that we are reacting to. It's not about 'becoming' someone we are not, but realizing who we truly are beyond our self imposed 'comfort zones'. Hope that makes sense.

Thanks for listening and also for sharing your thoughts here. Regarding health, I can only tell you that things began to change for me when I began to realize that in order to experience life fully, free from illusion and suffering, my body needed to be treated with the utmost care and attention. This is because, like a radio, if the antenna isn't in good condition, the signal will not be able to come through properly. The body is like an antenna. If the goal is to be able to live fully and with presence and attention, how I treat my body and mind matters tremendously. Poisoned food and water severely limit my ability to be fully alive and present. Hope that makes sense.

The one thing I have a problem with is him saying anyone who lies will lose their job. You know the thing I have heard you say many times that I love Jamal is all evil is done with a good intention, I’ll admit I have trouble being honest sometimes, for example if I think I might hurt someone’s feelings I might have trouble being honest and also say if I break something and I don’t know how the person might handle it I might there too have trouble being honest. So maybe we should handle people who lie by asking them why they felt they had to lie, listen to them, give them the love that they need and help them so they won’t feel they have to lie anymore. Also while I understand many seem to be strongly against lying at all and think lying is always wrong period, I kind of have a different perspective, if I’m lying to hurt someone then I’d say hurting someone is always wrong, however if I’m lying because say someone wants to tell me how to live my life and is always asking me did I do this, did I do that and basically wants to control my life and won’t leave me alone about it and the way to get them to leave me alone about it is to lie and tell them I’m doing what they want me to do even if I know I’m not and never will I would say do anything to get your freedom, of course try not to hurt anyone but I mean is it really hurting anyone to not know what I’m doing when I’m by myself! You are awesome Jamal, love you and God bless you ❤

Thank you for sharing. I do hear you. What I hear you saying is that sometimes it may seem necessary to lie in order to keep yourself safe and free of conflict. In my perception, that might be a case for lying for survival. That's probably a different topic altogether. In the context of this video, RFK Jr is advocating that any Federal official that lies in their capacity of representing the government will be fired. There has been a history of government officials lying to the public in order to mislead. Hope that makes sense.
