We love a good declutter! I just went through all my stuff this weekend! Curly hair is so hard to maintain. A valuable tip I learned - way too far into life - is that once you have your style set, don't touch it! Definitely don't brush it if it isn't wet. A gentle light finger comb through is OK, but you have to be very light and gentle. Also a good curling style cream is invaluable if you are letting it air dry or dampening day 2 hair to refresh the curl. Another tip, if you go in a little too enthusiastically and you've messed up a curl section, hold the bottom of the gathered section of hair in between your pointer finger and thumb, grasp the bottom of the section and gently pull up and the curl will sort of reset itself. Ah thank you so much for your tips, I definitely didn't know that and didn't have the necessary tools and products for this 😅and yes, I touched it too much when I was trying to fix the middle section, it turned into a one big fluff😂 It was fun though, now I know 😊

This made me realize how difficult it is to maintain curly hair. Mine was getting very fluffy and when I brushed it I turned into a lion 😅 I definitely needed a better technique to handle it. Thank you for watching and enjoy your decluttering ❤

I need to declutter also! I have some brand new skin care trial sizes at home that I need to give away before they get near expiration. Also, I've been seriously considering canceling my one remaining beauty subscriptions. It's been fun trying products, however, you're right that they never get fully or completely used and it is wasteful! I like to research my products, ingredients, & companies ahead of time and buy that way! I am loving my Inlight Beauty Hair Elixir also! Yes, I totally understand you. I also like to discover new brands and try new products. But I always try to keep myself in check and not overindulge in beauty products. Yes!! I want to try more of the Inlight Beauty and Osea face & body care. Inlight sent me some wonderful samples. The Body Butter and Face Oil feel amazing. I just love the natural herbal scents. I did cancel that Beauty Box subscription today! After 5 years....I had been giving away about 75% of it per month and it really wasn't about the cost...more about waste. I'm trying to use more reusable containers and packaging to be responsible!

Great video 👍🏼 I always wonder do we need to follow closely the expiry dates for makeup and toss away after certain period after opening even though the products do not seem to be expired, especially for powder products.
Thank you :) Many people who use expired products end up with eye infections or breakouts on the skin. My eyes and skin are sensitive, so I don't want to trigger any negative reaction, not worth it :) Bacteria and mold can grow inside it and it is not always visible to human eyes
