There's some bits of makeup that I'm not sure if I wanna keep, so I'm trialling wearing them to decide for certain if they'll be decluttered or not.

Nothing better than fine tuning your collection. The orange lipstick with that top was gorgeous but like you say you need to feel comfortable - make up should boost our confidence rather than make us feel self conscious.

I always love declutters and this was great because you wore the products on camera! I used to be all about bright lip colors. Now I wear a classic red lipstick on a rare special occassion. Other than that I wear my warm neutrals.

Excellent declutter! I agree with you on all the points you made. I think we get to a point with color analysis where we can really pinpoint the best shades.

I’m more of a summer but I’ve learned to stay away from super bright colors as well. I just don’t like how they look on me a lot of the time. Loved the declutter format :)

I love this video. Like you, I spent last year playing around with my Blue ‘Autumn’ color palette. I also decluttered the Coral bullet lipstick, and Copper lipgloss. I thought the Coral was too bright, and Copper too metallic on me. I am considering going back to my stylist for the Advanced Color because I love this all so much.

Saturation has been the most challenging part of learning my color season to get the hang of! I naturally gravitate towards all the warm autumn season shades but as a true spring I need that shade but in it’s unmuted, medium saturation form. I find getting that right is requiring visual practice- if it goes too bright or neon I look crazy, but if it’s too muted I look exhausted. It’s got to be just the right balance of warm and clear and it definitely takes practice. At least for me! I’m taking notes on the corals that you’re decluttering 🥰

If You can't find another home for this makeup I suggest using up lipsticks as blushers and for the lip glosses to pair it with a neutral lipstick underneath it, might as well get some of Your money's worth out of it :)

I really like the corals with the heliotrope top. I noticed your eyes first, not the colors. I like the orange too, but if we can convince you to save anything please save the corals! They look amazing! I really don’t think it’s overpowering your coloring.

Have you tried wearing the eyeshadow as a liner? Or just on the outer corner instead of all over the lid? Maybe some different application methods would be more to your liking.

I really like your outfit on you when you are wearing the House of Color warm red gloss, I feel like with a more neutral lip color, your gray-blue (I think that's the color) eyes really stand out against the neutral stripes and your soft hair color. Just had to mention!

I think your second look with the soft bronze look and the bright coral lip looks AMAZING on you, and compliments your Heliotrope top. It’s a statement look of course, but it’s gorgeous. Same for the terracotta one! I do think that bright lipsticks require a bit of getting used to. But of course, we all have our style and preferences.

Thank you! The brighter lips do look better on camera than off. I'm just more used to a red lipstick as a statement look than coral or terracotta.
