Canoeing coach Ding Kian Seng’s love for nature developed since his time as a scout. After experiencing forest therapy for the first time in 2018, he uses it as a form of environmental education while bringing people into deeper intimacy with nature. During the pandemic, the certified forest therapy guide started several initiatives to help the vulnerable groups in the community reconnect with nature.
Office manager Esther Tan is one of the eight certified KonMari consultants in Singapore. Over the past year, she has clocked more than 300 tidying hours, helping people declutter and find joy with their belongings. The tidying journey has taught Esther the invaluable lessons of letting go, and the courage to redesign a space.
