By the power of decoder fails

There's no error correction in SAME headers. That's why they're sent 3x during a broadcast - the decoder receives the headers and the code would have been SVA but received as *VA, where the * is a corrupted/poorly received character. Using best 2/3, the receiver approximates it to be an E, which receives "EVA" which is the CEA standard implementation for "Evacuation Watch".

I feel like the reception messed up the three tones causing it to think it was a Evacuation Watch and not a Severe Thunderstorm Watch

0:55 that happened to me yesterday I got a tornado watch but instead of an evacuation watch or whatever it was an avalanche warning
