GREAT new pieces! Yes Holly, the new headboard is indeed a EASTLAKE....often there are Eastlake Dressers with their tall slim mirror's and marble tops listed for sale on Facebook Marketplace that have been Chalked painted white or blue gray. I could see you investing in one to match your Headboard as the dresser' s are just stunning.....and painting them White! My 3rd Great Grandparents had several pieces. That is an Asparagus Fern in your round Mercury Glass Vase. These ferns can get super huge. Prefer being outside in the Summer in partial sunlight, loves water and will bloom in the Summer with very tiny white flowers that smell like Coconut! If pollenatinated by tiny bees the flowers will turn to red berries in the Fall...then in Spring you pick them off and you bury the berries in a tiny pot in wet soil and by July/ August/ September you will see new starts poping up! Your Fern needs to be feed with something like "Miracle Grow" as it lacks a dark green color. Trim off the dead and the long stems that have no needles to give more strength to the plant. I think it would enjoy your bright kitchen window during the winter. Or if you have a Sunny location inside. Don't let the soil dry out that causes the dead stems or it's needles to drop. Good Luck! P.S. Oh my, can't believe you sold your Armoire it stores so much! I have one that took me yrs to find; Glass Doors and Shelves where I display my inherited items; 100 yr old Quilts, Crocheted Table Cloths, my Grandmother's 1950's Wicker Purses, 1910 Hair Combs, Etc. I had it painted Antiqish Cream to match our Cream Country French Bedroom set. It is one of my treasured pieces. A Happy & Blessed New Year to you & your family!

Your house was my house about a week ago. It was a JOB getting all my Christmas down, cleaning, and organizing. I got rid of bags upon bags of junk. Felt so good! My place feels light and fresh. I didn’t keep any winter stuff up, I was ready to just get back to normal. Looking forward to some cute Valentine’s Day touches though! 💕

I’m loving the new furniture finds. My home is in disarray right now. We have been remodeling. New carpet installed this Saturday. Can not wait to put our new bedroom & bath together. Cleaning out closets/drawers today. ❤️ love an organized home 🏡
I think the thing you need is shelving in your decor closet, so that way you have shelves for everything. Also mabe in your and Drews closet is a second rod so you both have 2 rods one up top and 1 down bottom. I do know that you can do it 👍. It is going to take time and I know you have the determination to do it. I really love your new dresser it is a beauty 😍. I am very proud of you to tackle all of it. Plz be safe and God Bless 🙏💞

Thank you for showing the real life. We have been changing amd moving things too. My extra bedroom and closet is a hot mess..we have a huge walk in closet in that room too and I keep all my seasonal decor in tubs there. They are stacked. Need to organize them. Because my fall is now on the bottom and will need it first come September lol..Thanks for sharing your new pieces. Cant wait to see Brigitte new home..

I have a suggestion for your bedroom rug. I too have an area rug under my bed and I purposely have it large enough that 2 feet of carpet showing all the way around my bed. I pulled the carpet Down away from the wall , its placed right below where the pillows go, about 3 feet from the headboard. This way you can move the night stands closer to the bed and when you wake up in the morning your feet don’t touch the cold floor. I hope this makes sense

Love the new dresser and nightstands they are so pretty!! HomeGoods and Hobby Lobby always have cute drawer handles too! I haven’t even gone out yet shopping I’m still in the middle of cleaning but I’m making a list as I go 😂 all my rooms have nothing right now I’m cleaning and before I put anything back I’m getting a plan of what I want to change so fun and it keeps me occupied this time of year love watching to see what you come up with! The bedrooms are going to be so pretty when you’re done!😘
I love it all. I think the chest that’s now in the guest room used to be in the foyer last year. Whichever it was, I liked it in the foyer. It’s a classic piece.

I understand your drive to decorate to achieve organization! I've been looking for a stylish cabinet/bookcase/ container....something... to hold my 150 LP album collection along with my record player on top. Right now they are in multiple spots in the house...ugh! I think I may have found a perfect bookcase today🙂 that will be perfect. What platform did you sell your furniture on? I was thinking of selling my extra furniture on fb marketplace.

I did not put any Christmas tree or decor up this year till Christmas Eve . I took it all down again the day after New Year’s Day . I was so depressed I did not even care if we had a Christmas but did it for me developmentally disabled son because Christmas is very important to Him . And the reason we’re to celebrate it is important to me .
