I know from the comments that others suggested a larger rug, but I'd just get a second one bigger and layer them, because the pattern on the first one was so pretty. To me the yellow pillow was a bit yarring but I really love putting the two small tables together to make a larger one, for some reason that never occured to me and it makes the pieces more flexible. Love the finished look, thanks so much for sharing.
Thank you so much for watching and I love your feedback. They had a bigger version of this rug but I purchased this right before the pandemic got REAL and couldn’t find it online. I went for the yellow because I’m such a black, nude and warm color person I wanted to see what energy it would bring to the space as an intimate yet social setting. I love these tables, I move them around to create space depending on what’s going on and it’s perfect for setting food and drink without taking up leg room. 🖤 thanks again!
Definitely cant wait for you to drop more content. Love your vibe and how you deplayed and decribed the things we actually wanna see. My kind of youtuber. Great video babes. 💪🏼💯💚
Nice job! I think less pillows on the sofa, just use the yellow pillow. The two side chairs use the lumbar pillows only. And then punch-up the color a little bit with more yellow. The rug is just a little small. What’s the next size up. The green leafy thing drape around the window so you can really see
Cute makeover. Really like the black with the wood. I would have used the garland on the balcony rail rather than behind the seat. It would look nice but add an element of privacy too. Looking forward to the next video.
Thanks for watching! Yes I agree, I actually tried that, but didn’t have all of the tools needed to get it to stay in place. 🖤 I do want to figure out how I can make it more private. It’s a temporary space, so I may just leave it.
Thanks so much! I think I’m going to look for a larger rug when quarantine is over.l and yes I’m loving the black seat over its original color! Thanks for watching❤︎
I loved the way that you repurposed those bags, genius! I beleive a size or two larger rug would look best so that it would fit nicely under the chairs and settee and maybe the lumbar pillow and 1 smaller throw would be sufficient instead of the 2 big throw pillows. I like your overall look as well as the paint job. P.S. I hope that you are changing your gloves from outdoors to home and or disinfecting them between use otherwise you run the risk of contaminating everything. Soap and water handwashing is best when available. Be well!
Thank you! Yes, I really do prefer a larger rug as well. These projects are so flexible, so I’ve been reorganizing some of the pillows among other things! Super fun! This was filmed before quarantine but in absolutely change my gloves. I have some tough allergies and a 6 month old so I’m generally extra cautious anyway. I come from a family of medical pros so on top of being taught general cleanliness hand washing was definitely important in my home Haha! Stay well❤︎ Thanks for watching!
Looks great!! Love the wicker chairs and the lanterns! I would do less pillows on the couch tho. IDK if you can get cozy with all those pillows on your back. And the rug seems a bit small. But other than that, you did an amazing job girl!!
Thank you! Yes I realllyyyy wanted a larger rug. Thinking of getting one, who knows. Lol and yes I did end up buying a pillow basket for us to place all the decor pillows in when using the space! Worked like a charm! I appreciate you watching !
Spray painting the loveseat was a great idea and love the color scheme. I think a larger rug would fit the space better, fewer pillows and a large plant in a corner somewhere. Overall it's got a nice vibe 👌🏾
Beautiful job but are you sure you aren't my sister ? Every time she gets pillows she tucks the darn tags underneath them just like you do ! Sorry but it's my one pet peace I have with her . Once you purchase a pillow you can tear the tags off that " say do not pull off under penalty of law " . She is scared to tear them off and it also cracks me up when she leaves the plastic on her lamp shades . Like S.W.A.T. is going to kick her door in because of the alarm that goes off when you tear off pillow tags. Well we are both mixed black folk so you never know these days but I digress!!!!!!! Still all in all a very beautiful job well done 👍
Hahaha! I didn’t even realize I did that 😂 That’s very funny, I actually cut them off already I promise. Also very true 😉 with all that’s going on, stay safe and thank you so much for watching!
Juzt finding ur channel.. new subscriber... Beautiful job well done!! With da pillows... all u need to do Iz get a basket n put dem in when u want to sit dere( which I see u said u have done now)😀 n yea a bigger rug will definitely set it off great!!! But overall U done an amazing job decorating❤️
Thank you!! Yes the pillow basket works great, and it gave everyone the option to be cozy with a pillow or two, or put it to the side. I went back for the larger rug and it was gone😩. So I’m looking for a different style, I haven’t found one yet. Thanks so much for watching! ❤︎
love it! I live on the first floor (on the end) and my patio is very open to people passing by. Do you have a recommendation for a small short (not gate exactly) barrier to go around for that size?
Thank you! Yes, you can try Wayfair or Amazon and search for a privacy screen. Some can come in 2.5 - 3 ft heights. If you have some sort of pillar on your patio it’s even better. Here’s an example of one from Amazon: Vinyl Privacy Screen www.amazon.com/dp/B018JYCBWI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_-PhREb1FR2F2M
ARTIBA Just spritz with a small squirt bottle from the dollar tree! Haha with water once a week! That’s it except some light is important 😎 Keep them inside I think that would be best!
Hey girl. First off I will say I love the make over you did to your patio. Secondly, you’re so gorg 🥰 one thing I will said it could your voice over be a bit louder. I felt like the music was louder than you. Overall great video
I really enjoyed the video, but there was one thing that kept me from enjoying it 100%: Your voice overs were so low that I could hardly hear. When I turned up the volume and you'd stop talking/music start playing, it was blaring and jolting. Instead of being focused on the video, I was left anticipating when the loud music would start a up again and being ready to constantly adjust the volume. I'd like to see more videos from you, please consider doing something about the issue mentioned above.🌹
