BRUSSELS SPROUTS CASSEROLE:
In a baking dish combine:
-2.5 lbs of fresh Brussels sprouts,
cut into halves or thirds (if large)
-can of cream of chicken soup
(cream of celery if vegetarian)
-1 soup can full of whole milk
- tsp celery salt
-1 tsp smoked paprika
-1 tsp garlic powder
-black pepper to taste
Top with a few extra dashes of paprika
and french fried onions.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
or until Brussels sprouts are Al dente.
