I waited to post this because it wasn't mine to post.
The video belongs to Laura's family but they were kind enough to release it. Thanks to Jake Chams for capturing & Panic! for being the sweethearts they are.
20-year-old Laura Ratley, and 21-year-old Becky Fulcher were in a van with two others, when they veered off the road, and crashed into a semi-truck parked on the side of the highway on their way home from a Panic! at the Disco concert. This live version was dedicated to them and sent to their families.

I want to thank everyone who honors my daughter Laura and Rebecca when this song is played. My heart has been devastated beyond comprehension. It’s a nightmare that I relive every night. Much love 💕 to each and everyone of you. I break down everyday at least once. With time it doesn’t get easier. It just reminds me everyday of what I have lost. RIP my precious angel. Daddy loves and misses you so damn much!!!

One of the girls' dad got "This is Gospel" tattooed on him since it was her favorite song and the family was so moved that Brendon dedicated this to them. (It's on Facebook) so damn tragic, but like the family said at least they were able to do something amazing before they passed. Brendon is a great man for honoring their memory ❤️ RIP Laura and Rebecca

i was watching this with a group of people, and this one girl actually said, "man those girls are so lucky! brendon dedicated a whole song to them!!" like are you kidding me? they tragically lost their lives, and brendon is honoring them. she probably didn't mean to tarnish their names, but come on man... come on...

The best of hope goes out to Laura and Rebecca. 85% of the comments are 'OMG Brendon. You have such a god-like voice!' Yes, this is true, I'm not denying that. But, all I'm saying is, think of the people that have unfortunately left this world. Brendon wouldn't want to see us gawking at him when there was a very important situation that he dedicated that song to. I'm sorry if I upset you, because that wasn't the case here. Sorry Laura and Rebecca. Rest In Peace, darlings.

I wish I'd heard him announce the dedication (this was at my concert) because I would have made sure to honor them by just closing my eyes and hoping they sleep easy. We loved them too much and let them go too soon. Forever in our hearts. 💜
