Deemo (Switch) Review 

I'm surprised that anyone wouldn't play this game on the hard difficulty. Also I like how you said a lot of the music in Deemo was really calming. Sure but have you heard Entrance, Leviathan, or Magnolia?

1:50 That's me. In tears and sobbing at the end of the game. Deemo has the deepest story I know. And it makes me feel like that without any word said! That's insane and incredible!

You should have really mentioned that an updated Vita version of this game exists with extra story cutscenes and voice. It might not be a big deal for most people, considering this is a rhythm game, but the fact that Switch didn't get the better version pisses me off! I would have bought this game for a third time, if not for that. I love Deemo.

Honestly this game is beautiful and the story is amazing and the songs are beautiful I can’t tell u how long I’ve spent playing this game it was well worth the $30 and putting a dent in my credit card💀 The ending is beautiful and I was crying like crying crying and every time I reset and finish the game the ending always makes me cry this game is probably the best rhythm um game I’ve ever played The songs are hard and challenging (I always play on hard mode) but not challenging enough to rage it is and will always be my most favorite game I also forgot to add that the art is beautiful

I bought the game for my vita but hadn’t played it yet. I’m sad now that I may need to pay more. Thanks for the review. It seems like so many of the Vita games are coming to the Switch. I also own the Switch but it has felt a bit large for a hand held. However, it still works for me is as a mobile party game system.

WAIT a second........ So this is literally a port of the mobile phone version, not of the improved Vita version? That's so weird. They had an updated version with full anime cut-scenes and Japanese voice, but for some reason the Switch gets the inferior mobile port? Wow, you just convinced me not to triple-dip on this! :(

Wish I could get all the update songs in a bundle on the android version for that $30 price but ateast that version is 2 bucks for the non free version

I'm thinking about getting the switch version of Deemo, but I'm worried about framerates. I currently play on a Tab S7 with a 120hz display. Does anyone notice frame issues or stuttering? Or maybe difficulty when playing fast songs?

I appreciate this review since there is absolutely nothing on Metacritic about this version. I might get it as a fan of the original. I have no problem with going back to it for variety.
