Levan did not truly get his wrist cracked back. He purposely gave it away in the 1st round to use a flop press instead of risking it and using a toproll not knowing if devon would easily crack his wrist back and then hold him above the pad. When he did commit to a toproll in the later rounds, he was easily able to keep hand control as he pinned Devon. I think the purpose of the 1st round was for Levan to determine how much force he would need to keep hand control. He probably realized from that 1st round that a toproll was safe to use.

First round was a problem of overconfidence from Levan, after the slip he thought he was in total control and gave up too much in the setup. After that he was more concentrated and didn't repeat the mistake. The gap in strength is too big
