I've had lash extensions and they're definitely a time saver and when you wake up, you're basically ready to start your day. But they were kind of a pain to maintain😤

Hello thank you for watching our videos, we really appreciate the support. Now to answer your question. some ladies may be coming from work and are on a time crunch, we do provide a cleanser for them but sometimes they aren't able to get it all off. Others actually like for us to clean their lashes because they enjoy the deep cleanse. and well not always, most of our clients come with their eye area very clean.:)

I had a guest arrive with mascara for the 1st time for eyelash appointment, she's a realtor and came from a sale and as soon as she was done she was leaving for another so I told her it was fine, I asked her if she wanted to wash it off in the bathroom or have me remove it for $5 and she said I could do it lol, it took so long, it was more work than I thought I should have charged $15 ;-) lol

Yeah I completely agree this is very time consuming! But I just love the after result, so satisfying right? I usually don't do this unless I have time though. If a guest would come in like this I would definitely have them wash the eye area, then I would clean the remaining mascara/makeup

I usually like to use Express, however, if you are a beginner I do recommend starting off with Fabu Drizzle which takes slightly longer to cure.

So this question has been eating away at me because I have watched several videos as getting extensions interests me, unlike most of my family have very light lashes and I feel like getting extensions would be great but because my natural lashes are very light I don’t know how it would go, and in all of the videos the guests natural lashes are so dark. Does getting extensions on light lashes change anything about the process, like would I need to get my lashes tinted darker before getting extensions done?

Hello Shina this is actually a great question! You're right many people that get their lashes done have darker colored lashes. But there's also many guest that have light or even blonde/white lashes. At the beginning of my lashing career it was difficult to lash lighter colored lashes but now its definitely an ease! you just need to find someone who has at least a year or 2 of experience. Getting you lashes tinted Isn't really necessary. I really hope this answered your question! Happy NEW YEARS hope you are able to find someone who can do your lashes.😘 -Zuly

We like to use guest because it has more of a cozy, loving, at-home ring to it. I believe everyone has the right to use whatever works for them, but to us client and customer is more of a person who comes in specifically to buy goods or a service, our guest come in to have a great time, relax, sleep, get things off their chest and speak to the techs, and just have more than a service done. We genuinely love our guests so much!

In retail stores cashiers use “Guest, customer” when calling up the next person in a checkout line. So I say, go with whatever feels natural to you. All mentioned above seem professional

My rule of thumb is: Customer: someone visiting your business and purchasing goods (e.g. a store) Client: someone visiting your business, typically with an appointment, for a service (e. g. a spa or a clinic) Guest: someone visiting your business with the intention of staying periodically on top of receiving service (e.g. a restaurant or a hotel) Hope this helps. By no means is it a hard rule or anything :)

Hello Kitsune! yes we definitely let clients know that they should not be applying mascara to their extensions. It still happens all the time, I know that lots of people get impatient once their set isn't looking as full anymore. One thing that never made sense..Going to a treatment, like getting eyelash extentions, or brow threading/waxing/microblading, with a FULL face of makeup. Why? It's gonna get messed up anyway, why would you..

I know tell me about it. I have definitely stepped it up now I get my nails done every 1.5 weeks because my nail grow so fast and it doesn't look pretty in the videos 😂 Thank you for the feedback I truly appreciate it.
