Hi beautiful, I hope that you are well. First thing is grab yourself a snack or a drink because this is probably the longest video I have posted since starting my youtube channel in 2020.
Let's get deep, sometimes life gets difficult and for me I notice I get good at a habit for a week or two then fall back into the same bad habits again. It is cycle that I notice I go through year after year. I want to make a change and I need to make a change but how bad do I want it is the question.
I aspire to be the best version of myself, I aspire to look after my physical, mental and emotional health. I also aspire to practice what I preach to friends/colleagues/families and you. I negatively self talk but I positively speak to others so why is it so hard to apply it for myself?
