This was fun to watch after watching the duo and seeing where you two optimized for two and what you learned from doing this alone... fascinating and fun to learn from. Thank you so much for uploading these!
Honestly the only thing really holding you back is the amount of time it takes to unlock all the perks and overclocks (and of course, the Deep Dives themselves). Hope you enjoy the game!
They patched this trick for solo runs. Clicking abort would end the stage immediately and save around 8 seconds of time per stage. With a recent update, hitting abort too soon will end the mission. You can still click abort once the doors of the drop pod close but it only saves a couple seconds. If you run co-op it still works and the host can 'abort' right away without the mission ending.
Nice run, how many times did you replay to learn this edd? And can you explain the part where you clip into the drop pod a little bit, is it just standing in that corner and just jumping and also the part where you clip under the drill also.
I probably replayed this a dozen times. Usually I’ll repeat the 1st stage a lot, and abort the deep dive if I’m not happy with the start. I think I only ended up running stage 3 twice. For clipping into the drop pod, you grapple to the ledge next to where Molly goes in, then jump and press forward (and sometimes left/right). To clip in from the bottom, I’ve found it’s best to grapple right above where the top of the drill will be. I also try to look up to see where the lights are facing - this will tell you which way the doors will open up from. I grapple into either side of the lights. I’ve just found this has the highest success rate for me to jump up from the side rather than the back/front
@@TheDizzled32 I usually do spacebar, but recently switched my secondary keybind to scroll wheel. I haven’t gotten used to it yet though so my muscle memory is still stuck on the spacebar
@@benicopter Yeah, maybe it would also impede with the shooting, unless you scroll with the middle finger which I find unintuitive. Keep up the uploads, like the duo runs.
Cool, I found a cool rock when I was like 10 but I wasn't allowed to take it home cause I was hoarding rocks and stone. I'm so glad you started this sharing circle.
