I'd note that the grenade choice can have a massive impact on the effectiveness of the Fat Boy. Using LURE grenades creates a target to keep the bugs in ground zero, and as those bugs die, more bugs become attracted. If using the Stubby, I would recommend Turret Arc as this makes ammo a non-issue in situations where you can establish a flow zone or bottle neck, preventing the bugs from ever damaging your LURE. Having a massive explosion that kills a majority of the bugs in an area is incredibly powerful, when you increase the traffic, or slow the traffic in that area you easily multiply it's power.

Great content as always! The example mission from the video is interesting. I consider the Fat Boy at its least effective on refinery missions. While the damage is decent and clearing ability very strong; once you're repairing the pipes you're essentially zoning an area that you yourself (or a teammate) have to enter to repair the pipes.

I just stop taking it after the 3rd time I got kicked and only 1 time was FF but its the scouts fault for zipping to the group of enemy's I was nuking

I hate people who use the Fatboy It does so much FF damage on high difficulty + it's radius is huge so it gets you cornered if you try to avoid it

I always run it with the Friendly Perk to reduce FF damage, I also aim high/far to avoid damaging other players. It can take time to understand the proper Fat Boy placement to allow for movement of the team and I would recommend having patience with Fat Boy users, there's a skill element to it that makes near or null FF damage and the best way to learn is from experience.
