If you want to play a good screw back shot over a distance a recommend to do:
1. Full backswing with gradual acceleration
2. Full follow through with slight elbow drop. A cue can slightly lift up after cue delivery because it is a power shot. Remember to focus on being smooth not on the speed. You still have to remain in control
3. Stay still on the shot doesn't matter that is a long distance
Next time I will make more shots with different camera angles, so you could see a full package.
