Thank you! Thank you! I've been struggling with insomnia for a few months. Now, I'm at a point where I have 2 1/2 sleepless nights, in a row, on a weekly basis. I've added on to my sleep/ meditation ritual; weighted anxiety blanket, better pillows, aromatherapy, eye shield...All very helpful, comforting, wonderful items that I can't imagine being without. I highly recommend them. The insomnia left for a month, returned with a vengeance. I'm so exhausted and excited to listen to this momentarily. As always, thank you you're THE BEST! Hope you're well, safe, and happy everyday.😘

Sounds like you are doing all the right things to help yourself, for me I slept 2 hours a night for 5 months and was really tired during the daytime as you can imagine. I had to confront and leave a few things behind in my mind but that's just me, just wondering if anything is playing on your mind that might be keeping you from sleeping. I hope your sleep improves

I want to say this and I don't mean what I'm going to say sound really freakie but since I found you and now I'm so happy going to bed and putting you on, I need to tell you I am an insomniac and I have had let's just say lots of medical procedures on my head, so I deal with lots of headaches and it's hard to sleep, if you could imagine, so for the last 3 or so weeks since I found your meditation for sleep, and your others I have been really happy about going to bed and getting to sleep, also I have used this just to help me relax without medications. I.just wanted to say thank you, my kids thank you too they say I haven't been as cranky. THANK YOU AND BLESS YOU

Woke up at 3 again and mind started racing. Was going to listen to your sleeping train which is my favourite but a body focused one was what I needed. Meditation Vacation I prefer body scans and progressive muscle relaxations because I have anxiety disorder. Those in particular help keep me focused on the present and I can calm down enough to sleep or just be if I’m not ready to sleep yet.

Just wanted to tell you thank you again and again, I had a hard time sleeping this weekend, due to my headaches. Last night I turned this one on my favorite one and I was out fast. I think it was only a half hour and I was gone till 7 an this morning I went to bed at 10, thank you so very much, how do we support your channel, I owe you that much, you get me sleeping without tons of medication (sleep meds)

New subscriber here! I've loved these videos! It's always so nice hearing "deep down to your lungs" on the breaths I have been saying that oxygen is like a gift that keeps on giving back and forth throughout the respiratory system and the body in general! Here's a fun fact:when you yawn that's because your body doesn't have enough oxygen in it so we yawn to get more oxygen flowing through our lungs etc Anyway I'm gonna go to bed now

I really love you voice. I would love to know why you chose the cold sensation as the relaxing one? To me, cold equals tension and stiffness. I was wondering if it was just me? This meditation still made me feel calm but I was imagining that you were saying warn instead of cold. Thanks for that video

As your body relaxes in preparation for sleep, your body temperature typically cools down, so it's the natural change in sensation. That being said, many women do not enjoy feeling cold at all, so it may be an uncomfortable change at first. Check out yoga nidras, a sleep-based meditation and mindfulness technique that includes body scans, with contrasting cold and heat.

I think this background music doesn’t fit with body scan or sleeping meditation, rather nature sound or extremely low sound of a single instrument. I always come to listen to your recording but disappointed by the background must and leave :(
