This sessions by the lake are my favourites. There's such a deep calm serenity in your teaching that resonates with the beauty of the lake and the natural calming sound of the water....

This was a really great yin class. I liked that it was genuinely helpful AND soothing. I swear, some classes have such long holds that I can't imagine anybody not struggling. I feel like I got the same benefit with this class without feeling super uncomfortable. Thank you!

wow this was amazing! Not only did I have a good yin day, I was able to be calm in the mind and melt into every pose, I also had the most profound meditation at the end. Bringing energy into the stomach, heart and third eye was so beautiful for me. Much gratitude! ❤❤🌹🌹🙏🙏
thank you for this Devi! My body sure needed it tonight. I struggled all day with a wicked tension headache and jaw tension. After this session i found much release with rolling panda and dragon pose! Thanks again. I look forward to your videos on a daily now :)

I liked this combination of postures and the rolling panda..do I remember it right :-) gave me a hint that I was tight in my right shoulderblade as when I stretched the right arm up over the head when turning the left under I could feel an extra sensention there, interesting. I don't enjoy yang movement in my yin practice, but no problem, I just do the child pose as you say. It was also interesting with different postures for the hamstrings, what a difference it can be, butterfly and half frog is mild stretch for me while half shoelace give me a big sensation. So that is very interesting, to try out and see what effects different variations have for you. Thanks! And so nice to not have music, just the relaxing waves.. what wonderful environment are you in? Must be a tropical area with these nice wooden bungalows...?
Hi Anna, I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed this practice, and I love hearing the details too! The location is a wonderful one, isn’t it? In August we had a month-long honeymoon in French Polynesia. This was the deck of an overwater bungalow in Bora-Bora where we stayed.
