Thank you SO much. I love your Yin Yoga videos. I did this session in our camper while we are enjoying a weekend at the lake over Labor Day weekend. Very rejuvenating, relaxing and enjoyable. Thx for encouraging your viewers to take the journey inward.
The more yin classes I practice under your guidance the deeper sense of peace and healing I feeling within my body. Thank you for being the "ULTIMATE" yin teacher and offering this amazing class🙂.
I did a video of you for the first time yesterday and it was lovely. This morning I did this video and it was truly amazing! I have chronic stress and I'm stuck in fight/flight for many years now and yoga is the only way I feel a bit connected to myself and my body. This video really helped a lot with that and it was very relaxing. I found my yin yoga channel. Thank you so much! 🙏❤
Simply wonderful, Devi! I came to yin yoga via bunions and tight hips. I've been at it for about 6 months now. Thank you so much fo helping me towards my health goals.
What a delight to find this class! Much gratitude to you! I was looking for a way to balance my strength training on off days and wow, this is the key! I was sore and tight going in and I feel more open and energized coming out! Everything was perfect from the postures selected, to the mindful words spoken, to the music choice, and the meditative process at the end! I feel SO happy!
Beautiful grounding and gentle opening through the full body and mind. Love your cuing for all bodies and levels reminding regression and progression is best found in our selves. Thank you so much for another wonderful practice ❤
Wonderful! I particularly enjoyed the transition from belly to laying spinal twist. I haven't done that before. What a lovely way to transition from belly to back. I will be using that one again for sure. Many thanks 🙏
I am sequestered inside today due to wildfire smoke making the outside air unhealthy. This practice helped my outlook for the rest of the day. Thank you and Namaste Devi
Amazing flow! I reeeeeally needed something slow moving today! Kali took away all of my vices, and I am in the arms of Devi Ma (haha funny how I landed here). My original plan (after hiking about 6 miles in the AZ sun (which didn't feel like 100+ at all), I decided I was going to come home, do some sort of vinyasa/kundalini, then 30 minutes of yin yoga because there was something funky going on with my piriformis, ending with a gong meditation. When I was in the shower though, Spirit said... why don't you just do 60 minutes of yin. Then you won't be activating your pitta dosha (my dominant - who needs fire when its already fiery outside?! lol), you'll get the yin you want to stretch out your piriformis and whatever else is going on, and you'll get your "gong meditation" (I just wanted to go deep within and chill out for what's to come next in my life. This is an ending as we speak). So I got out of the shower and found this. I loooove it! Thank you :D
I love the class❤ At the end in the savasana, was very interesting i felt so much tingling in my upper back that I cant relax at all haha but a love your gentleness so much thru the class
This is my new instant favorite! OMGosh, so relaxing. I did this outside. It was perfect for my rest day. Will definitely be recommending this one to friends. Thank you, for sharing this practice with us @DeviDalyYoga
Hi Devi, the piano shifted me into another dimension 😉 Loved the poses too, of course ! What modification for dragon would you offer to someone who isn't allowed to apply any pressure on his foot ? Cat's tail ?
@@DeviDalyYoga thank you for the alternative ! After surgery (Morton's in left foot) I won't be allowed to apply any pressure on my left foot, so I'm already searching for alternatives😉 and of course I'll do more yin than yang classes during recovery !
