Guided meditation transcript:
And now let's begin. Sit nice and comfortably in a place that's safe for you to meditate and to drift away if that happens in case. So please don't meditate while driving or operating any kind of heavy, dangerous machinery. Sit comfortably, either directly on the floor, on the yoga block, meditation bench, or very simply on a chair on the edge of your bed, wherever you're available for this meditative experience, the self-transcendence experience, of going beyond who you think you are to who you really are, to experience the core of your being and to bypass the illusion of the self as something that is separate from nature viewing or skin as a bridge, not a wall to everything or consciousness around us. And so this meditation will be in two parts. The first part will be a meditation for transcendence, using vibration as a guide, as a meditation object. And the second part will be a short but important contemplation on an important topic of life. So please make sure you meditate right up until the end.
But for now, let's get settled for the meditation. Release all expectations. Don't yearn for an experience in the future. Simply be here, be present here and now.
Relax your shoulders. Find your center of gravity so that you can hold yourself as the best version of yourself.
Hold yourself with power, with confidence, with grace, with trust. But without physical, muscular efforts.
Balancing that head on the spine, balancing your sit bones on the surface where you're sitting on very easily taking each breath as an opportunity to relax more and more tensions in your body, but also in your heart and your mind and your spirit.
Whenever you feel like it, gently close your eyes. Hands to the heart either in the praying position or flat on the chest, whatever feels more natural to you hands to the heart, either in the praying position or flat on the chest. Whatever feels more natural to you. We dedicate this session to someone or a group of people. It can be anybody that you want. Very simply, deep breath in through the nose.
And on the exhalation. We project our love, gratitude and appreciation towards that person or group of people noticing the bond and connection between us and all the consciousness around us that we are them. They are I. here is there there is here. There is no self without others. There is no others without self. And so we are all an expression of the universe.
We are all part of an interdependent ecosystem. Of life, nature. In a few moments, I will introduce you to a sound, a vibration. This will be our anchor. It will be a meditation object and will be the single point of focus. And so when you find a sound, put your attention on it and keep it there throughout the meditation When thoughts come to try to eliminate the thoughts and don't engage in these thoughts, simply go back to the vibration, putting it back on the foreground of your mind.
When the sound fades out and disappears, reproduce sit in your own mind for a few extra moments with it. Resonate then naturally.

Before I leave you, I would like to share a quote by Seneca Stoic Philosopher. It's a very important quote, so I would like you to contemplate it. I would like you to write it down. Let us know how it resonates with you in the comments section below and also journal about it throughout the day. Seneca says, I quote, "While we wait for life, life passes."
Probably heard this before While we wait for life. Life passes. Don't wait. Be here. Be now. Live.
