Yeah, and what's really stupid is all he got pulled over for was a "flickering brake light" yet he decided to play John Wayne and try to shoot a cop! I dunno, maybe he smelt bullshit but I frankly think, if he'd just smiled and complied, maybe he'd have just been let go and they'd have never discovered the body but nope, guy had to "stick it to the man"...

You know that's actually a dumb thing to say. Jay shot the threat until there was no threat. He's firing 9mm holo points, which in some cases, people take twenty of the shots and still aren't out for the count.

Because the police officers life's are in risk as the criminal has a gun and could shoot the officers so the y shoot the criminal to protect their life and others.
