Early 2000s was brilliant era for dance music. I remember when ministry of sound was a must get cd almost every year. Sort of went down hill in later years

After 2006! It was always the battle to see who can be the loudest, who has the biggest drop, generally producers would start pushing the envelope, honestly the big room format and the anticlimactic drop really sucked the soul out of House music, and Trance for that matter. 1998-2005 will always be the best Era for House, it had the right amount of groove, soul and funk, Funky House is a timeless Genre that will always live on since it's appeal is for an audience who really connected with the record away from big arenas.

I love this song. I heard it when I was working in a shop in 2005 and I asked one of my colleagues what the song was called and from that point on I was addicted to Deepest Blue and Joel Edward's music.
