Wow that good project for beginner can follow, i was doing same project face recognition in classroom using cctv camera. The processor i using is arm64 Jetson Orin nano dev 8gb from NVIDIA. By the way your video is nice.
I am recreating your project but at 27:30 when I run the webcam code my webcam starts to lag even though I use macbook air m2. Can anyone explain why does it haapen??
kindly make sure you have the weights folder and a file inside of it in, C:/Users//.deepface/weights/ if not, you can copy your weights in this folder and then try again. The code looks for the model in this directory and if it doesnt find it, it downloads it. you can message me at facebook.com/iamzainshahbaz/ and we'll figure it out if it doent work out.
hello brother im actually stuck at the step which u r performing during 13:29 where u r checking if the test img is tested with existing dataset and u r using VGG the thing is u told rite if we dont have vgg then it will be downloaded and then the data will be compared but after downloading im getting no values for my test img its blank and when i open the vgg file which is temporarily created that shows error so could u help me solve this problem cause i dont have ur whatsapp number either so it will kind of u to reply to this thanks in advance
I think couldnt find any matching faces with the faces in database you created. Try another picture to detect or get clearer face forward picutres in database. you can personally message me at facebook.com/iamzainshahbaz btw
