It’s probably just her personality. She seems quiet and reserved. She comes across as very introverted in other interviews so she’s probably somewhere between introvert and extrovert depending on how she feels with the people and environment. Some people just come across slightly cold and it’s just how they are, it is their personality. I know many lovely people who seem cold if you don’t personally know them but they are lovely when you get to know them.
