Nolo VR... great concept for 2016/2017. With Windows Mixed Reality and soon to be Rift S, unless you use your phone, is probably going to be your last option in terms of performance. If you can pick up Nolo VR for around $100-$150 the system could be worth your while but if you check microsoft.com and eBay, you could get WMR headset for around $200. Nolo VR is in a very iffy situation. Even though the Rift S is around $400, if you pair Nolo VR with a different Chinese tethered headset like the one you used, the price of Nolo VR can get very close to that $350-$400 option. Informative. Very nice production quality. Quite entertaining. Great video.
I actually have the base station ceiling base thingy printed and setup up in my room, it requires a software option to make it work, Pimax has the option to do it but not this one, I tried it and it just got really confused
I know you're not active but if you see this, please reply. Have you checked out the fact that you can use a bunch of console tech on pc, for example the PS Move controllers. You can use this in tandem with the PSVR but only for steam VR I believe. It's really cool and gives us low cost vr enthusiasts a good way to play. The PS Move thing is a seperate thing, meaning you can use riftcat with the move controllers so you can play 6dof games. Look it up :D I'll help in any way I can for resources if you need them, just reply me uwu
Yeah I have seen it and been following its development back when it was big, it works pretty well, unlike nolo and looked at buying hardware to try it my self, I may try to visit it if I end up getting my hands on the required cameras and move controllers, thanks for reminding me I will keep an eye out for bargains and maybe eventually make a video about it :) Btw I have a discord link in channel links section if you wanna come and hang out with like minded people :)
@@LifeKommando Will be looking forward to that :D My thought process is LIKE PSVR plus PS MOVE and XBOX One Kinect for Full body tracking and boom budget af VR By the way, here's a tip, to do the Kinect fullbody tracking, you need a paid program called Driver4VR, I found a free version that you can easily find on RU-vid that's open source and what not, the girl is super chill, it's called Kinect4VR. I also heard its much more smooth, but still in alpha haha, you should cover this whole set up in one video in my opinion or multiple parts? Idk hahaha
Lol they got in touch with me last year and I promised to make a video when I get around it. But never did. I have everything needed to test it out. 360+one+nolo. I'm trying to wrap up the backlog on life Kommando and plan to come back to vr this year hopefully by March.
@@VRKommando i got the hmzt3w and the royole moon for 300 on ebay each. still waiting for the goovis to be 300 as well. im selling the moon as soon as i get the goovis bcuz the round lenses of the moon make it unenjoyable bcuz the screen corners are cut off and cause strain and blur when looking at the corners. reducing the screen size fixes this but nobody wants to look at a tiny screen xD.
