That little brushed truck zips around like a small rocket, on crack!! Love these types of videos, enjoy this probably more then like a Traxxas or Arrma video, maybe cus it’s slightly different type of fun 😉👍🏼💯
@@rcguygarage right man, i thought it was just me. I might pick up a cheap RC to beat the snot out of it. Glad your having fun 🤩 thanks for the KICK A$$!!!! Content 😉👍🏼💯
Now that I've upgraded the motor I would like to get more speed out of it, but I can't decide whether to upgrade the pinion, spur, or go to a 21t motor. If I counted correctly the pinion is 12-tooth, the spur is 48. I'm sort of surprised that after a dozen hours of the power upgrade that there's been no damage to either pinion or spur. Compared to a 29t motor, the 21t will have higher rpm but less torque? Because the stock Driveline seems to handle the current torque level without complaint.
I killed the stock motor and ESC on 3s in about five battery packs. Which is fine because I got to upgrade to generic 1060 ESC and an Injura 29t motor. Top speed on 3s is only 20 mph, is that 3 over stock I think? But the torque is outrageous, Now I need some better tires...
It just keeps going! $119 No cares no worries just bash!! Truck jumps pretty good! Running on lipo I don't see the brushed motor lasting long, from ☹ experience .
I upgraded my 9201E again to a 12t from a 29t motor. Still running the stock 22t pinion/64t spur. The plastic spur gear is holding up so far under 3S, I have throttle set at about 60% and it's wild and I haven't even opened it up all the way yet. Heat is managable with the heatsink and the built-in fan in the 550 motor. Honestly the main problem is that torque twists the chassis hard. My ghetto homemade body brace and better shocks helped, but really I need the upgrade metal body kit (yes they sell full aluminum upgrade kits for the 9200 platform). Also the 7kg servo upgrade bent and stretched the steering rods, I had to get metal replacements. Do we see a trend here? This will be a $300 RC by the time I get the chassis sorted out and properly reinforced. Why didn't I just buy a $300 RC? Because then I wouldn't have learned 1/10 as much as I did breaking stuff and experimenting!
My only small rc is a Dromida bx 4.18 buggy. It is definitely a different level of fun. Thank's for sharing Guy. ❤ your content Brotha endless smiles and laughs 💯🔥👍✌
