My first Def Lepp gig was 7-5-80..44 years ago tonight... They opened with Hello America!! Going to Orlando Wednesday, Def Lep, Journey, and my band... Cheap Trick!!🏁
Whew! That's 100%. Overall sound is killer, but the vocals in particular are outstanding. Backing vocals really dialed in. Rick Allen can't stop smiling!
Simply I love ❤ so much a the Masters of Def Leppard forever and Beyond.............🎸🎸🎸🥁🎤🌟💫✨!!!!. Your Rock music 🎵🎶 is simply fantastic & amazing ✨👻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🙌🏻🙌🏼!!!!!!.
Make it a legacy tour like Maiden does! This has me hyped. I never wanted to see Def Leppard live cause they play all the stuff that I just don't care for. But a "Pyromania" era tour like Iron Maiden did in 2008 with "Powerslave", I'll drop the $$$$ to see it.
Oh please, dont say that. The guys dont like to be compared with bands of Metal and NWOBHM, specially Maiden, mates that shared many times football's fields together. They prefer to be related with Duran Duran 😂. Ask Phil about it 🙄
It is great to see these guys still kicking ass and I remember seeing Vivian with Dio back in the day at the coliseum in Arizona. It was f****** awesome!
Pyromania was the album that got me hooked on hard rock. “It’s like a Def Leopard album” was 80’s speak for all killer no filler…..and that wasn’t common back then, you were luck if you got 3 good songs on most albums.
@@CNK_WGDJ5150getting the notes and sounding great, at his age, in this style, that is impressive. He is light years ahead of many of his contemporaries.
@@brentwhite9712 with the greatest of respect, do you have any experience with singing? Literally anybody could have a few vocal lessons and hit the same notes Joe is hitting in falsetto. For a brief time, Joe was a master of managing to mask the bridge between mix and falsetto, but these days his entire high range is relegated to falsetto. His falsetto is fairly strong, all things considered, but to pretend he's "getting" the same notes he did years ago is ludicrous. In his prime, he was belting, and using a really strong mix voice.
@@MrChrisStingray have you heard Roger Daltrey? We could go back and forth over various singers forever, but the fact remains Joe is using falsetto to sing songs that he used to comfortably sing in chest or mix voice, and that is because he is no longer able to sing those songs the way he used to. Good on him for finding a way to keep singing, but he's far and away the weakest link here. More important than anything, though, is if you dig the way he and the band are sounding, that's cool, and I hope you get to see them live! 🙂
@@TenMinutesLyne Phil does tend to over play it. That was the thing about Steve and Pete. The solos fit the song and were an integral part of the song.
