Then do it another way. After filing so many cases and asking for a compensation so big that the case comes to settlement, ask what you need to send the message in that settlement. I don't think a court order is a good message.

Not exactly, he is saying if someone filed a defamation case against you and you think that the allegations are false and have filed a civil suite for injunction against that person then you should demand rightful amount of money from the perpetrator.

Everyone might not be having the funds to pay the court stamp fee so they limit themselves in the asking amount.
