something about your remasters that I love is the fact that they're complete rewrites so returning lines are even better but I won't go off like as like time or call mythic mystic this time (mystic did great btw, so did you, the new emotion in some parts is great) the knowledge that this is a second rewind is great, and to be honest with this style of video I can't tell what's part it's on, and I swear Defeated flashback section is here, and the unique-ness and unpredictably even with knowing a lot of the lines is great. like that's the best way to describe it unpredictable in the best way possible like the Defeated part with the human black art, into the actual flashback part with Red, Green (reactor reference btw woo), Black and Monotone/Fake BF which really wraps that part up together, not being seen on the rewind so either 1. spooks BF who hasn't met him yet or 2. a reminder that they KNOW you did this, the switchup from the overlord to the smaller art, to animation to a slight reprise of the final bit of the orignal Defeat ending with the 'Luck' bit also I really like the "answer what's rhetorical" line for no specific reason it's just cool whoops I lied went off again

Where do i even start 😭 Everything about this video is just perfect, i’d like to make a paragraph on talking how the lyrics mix between defeat from Lyricist Heaven, Finale and new stuff which is better than both combined. The art? Jesus christ entered my room and told me it was peak fnf lyrics. The Monotone part is an example on why people classify you as a goddess lmao, you know when to add and when to avoid shit precisely. The swear word is put perfectly for someone like Black, too. 100/10, would watch again and again.

The fact that you don’t already have 1K astounds me. Finally, a full high effort Defeat Remaster Lyrics. Changing the flashback part to sound like Defeated, having other lyric RU-vidrs voice act the other Impostors, just wow. This is a great way to truly start off 2024.

As someone who watched Defeat, Finale, and this Defeat 2023 Remaster with lyrics, I am proud to say that this is definetly my favorite of the three. I love how Black is portrayed as a character in all three of these entries. Defeat is like him stating his life and that even the strongest mortals will still die no matter what. And that he was the same as Boyfriend at one point, that he believed he could never lose and then he was proven wrong. Finale is him mentioning his perfection and true form as he knows Boyfriend can't win no matter what he tries, as he manages to connect himself to Boyfriend in the end. And this video is him showing Boyfriend playing the victim and never taking blame for himself, and even mentioning how he had lost in the past. He also says that the resets break him down but that he has regained his pieces, possibly showing that he loses his mind as time goes on until he regains it. This is a really good video and the lyrics are on point, adding even better rhymes than the other videos in this arc. Keep it up!

I love the subtle bits about death and To me (I guess) for this version of black is he's the grim reaper or at least the parasite is considering in finale the line "I'll reap immortality" really fits with the idea the parasite is the reaper or at least and extension of it. No matter what this is amazing.

A much more depressing way to interpret the lyrics is that Black, someone who despises BF and everyone associated with him, is celebrating the death of FNF as a whole. Like, think about it. “No consequence for Sloth and Greed” could mean how Kawaii Sprite essentially robbed us, and “Now your journey’s almost done, little lamb. Just be proud that you have done all you can.” could be saying that the community has tried and succeeded to hold on, but now it’s starting to come to a close
