Sir mere neeche me 14 teeth hai. Aur upper me 15 hai.. Ek bachpan wala teeth rh gya hai maine apne najdiki dentist ko dikhya tha.. Lekin sir ek aur dikkat hai.. Upper ke aage ke tin teeth proper hai lekin left me ek teeth thoda ander ki or hai .. Aut right me jo bachpan wala teeth ke sath ek or teeth aagya hai isliye wo dono ek dusre ke sath improper form me hai.. Toh mera question hai ki sir kya mein Bachpan wala teeth ( ye halka sa hilta bhi hai) Niklwa lu.... Aur bandhwa lu... Ya aise hi rhne du...?? Please sir reply.
