LegitDragon You have to understand how desperate these shows get to find interesting cases and people who respond flamboyantly in the court - there will be real cases but much of it is just a charade.
I am just saying - it does seem that this show is in the midst of a fake case, however, it is highly illegal for a member of the court, (Presiding Judge, Bailiff, etc.) to be impersonated in a court setting. So, even if this show is 'fake', the judgements are real by a licensed and educated judge of the law.
liquidbraino That's what's up dude. Where'd you find this information? Not being sarcastic. And of course they are actors, as well as the NY based court shows. I.e. Hot Bench. People's Court. Judge Judy. Main example.
Ms ross does not follow good law precepts when he makes his rulings. He will rule emotionally or just plain wrong on many counts. I'd rather have Judge Judy do any case that I would have. She at least follows legal precedents and rules fairly !
