I run this 1-1-3 match zone it works great especially when you don’t have a big helps with rebounds and also helps to slow down pace the biggest thing you will also notice you can’t drive to the rim and pack line defense is always there
UNLV played mainly man to man but when they went zone it was version of man zone called amoeba they always switched n took over assignments UConn crushed Dukes unbeaten season too
That was great defense I don’t care if it’s duke they keep them to 1 posse and make them shit the ball with 11 second every time down that’s good defense
I posted this on the day of the 2015 final. Wisconsin's impressive win over the undefeated goliath that was Kentucky a couple of nights ago, the ultimate revenge for what happened at the Final Four last year, was not unprecedented. Duke did the same thing 24 years ago. In 1990 they lost huge against UNLV in what was the most lopsided final ever, then the next year ended that great unbeaten streak of the Runnin' Rebels in the semifinal seen in this video clip. And CBS's Jim Nantz was there for both the major upsets of '91 and this year. Duke then won the next game in the final against Kansas. The team Wisconsin now faces to try to win this year's championship is ... Duke. Krzyzewski will be looking at the mirror tonight.
