Hi Moose OTL, Love your boat! This pilothouse is much more functional than the one on our Parker 2520... I see a lot of your subscribers comments who, like me, had looked at Defiance, Judge, Defender, Parker and others.... The pilothouse was the #1 requirement, as all of our boats, since the 1970's, had protected/pilothouse's. You have a great boat here! ... I had a lot of questions to ask you; but I won't. I'm sure I'll find the answers as I watch more of your videos....

Thanks for video. I’m starting to narrow down my next boat and I’m leaning to a Defiance. Not sure if I want an Admiral or San Juan. How many people can you take out at one time comfortably? I mostly take boat out for offshore fishing

Hey capt! Yeah I just ordered it the way I wanted from the factory and then I paid to have it shipped. Just get a price option sheet from them for boat you want. If I have any issues I just get pre-approved then take boat to repair or my choice if any issue. They just reimburse me. I’m handy so haven’t had to beside an incident in shipping they paid for. These guys have been amazing to work with. Service is top notch. Let me know if you have any questions about the options. 🙂
Great video Capt. Like others, I'm between this and a Parker. The wife loves this pilot house layout, a true weekender for two (with a rod holder gas stove), toilet upgrade is nice for the ladies (vs. porta-potty) for sure. I'm in SW FL, easy to find Parkers, hard to find these, so your shipping info helps a lot. I just requested a quote from Defiance, we'll see ;-).

Did your toilet waste hose come with a kink in it (directly behind the toilet where it enters the hull). Trying to determine if this is on purpose for back-flow or I need to fix it. Also I’m assuming this is a macerater pump? Any help before I contact Defiance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a former parker guy and i'm kinda shocked at how nice this is on the inside. That switch for the sink tho - that's in kind of a bad spot... How many times have you wacked that thing walking by?
Thanks! So far I love it. And yes hit a few times but mainly kids do it. Luckily it just turns on pump. You have to twist at faucet for water to come out. Thanks for watching.

Great Video. Just spoke with Mark at Defiance and he email the price sheet while on the phone. I ask him about warranty service. Have you any concerns over warranty service? I am very interested in this boat over the Parker for the same reasons you expressed and I am the only male in my family so the woman are winning the vote. I want to fish, they want comforts. 🙂 Defiance looks like a win win.
Hey thanks for watching! Yeah mark is real nice and helpful. I haven’t had any issue that needed to be fixed except a little hydraulic leak at hose by wheel and I just fixed it myself. They told me to take it to good place and get estimate and they would pay to get fixed if I needed warranty work. So far super happy. The inside is awesome compared to other boats. They will love it. Also they have a place in east coast now so could get fixed there also. Hope you get your boat! 🙂
Hey thanks for watching capt! If my main engine goes down I can use it to get back safely. I only have one gas tank so if gas is bad both could go down but I have radio and epirb. Also I like the kicker so I can go slow and it barely uses any gas and no hours on my main motor. 🙂
@@mooseontheloose8956 sorry let me clear it ip a bit. I was looking to see what the total length is from tip to tip. I have a hard 31 feet in length requirement in my driveway…Anymore than that I will be inching towards my neighbor’s driveway.
@@twinrockk2860 Oh I got you now lol. Its a hair under 32ft. I seen some trailers that have folding tongue. Maybe check that out. Or dont get swim deck option on back.
this boat has realy good bow flair ,it should be a dry ride ,I can build a all aluminum 25 ft cabin fishing boat for 15,000 for the aluminum , I allways tell people , learn to weld
