Thank you, captain for watching and yes, it was a great Thanksgiving. That piece of log. And thank you for watching my channel. See you in the next video, captain.
Hi Capt.... I know there a people who run hard, on plane, and at night. I never have, and never will, as the potential disaster is not worth the risk. You are a very wise, prudent skipper for not doing so! And the appearance of that log is proof of what could happen.... Your slo-mo shots while running were beautiful!.... Looking forward to joining you on this trip!
Yes cap. I agree 100% safety is most important and yes those boaters that run fast at night they are taking a huge risk ,if you do this trip you will love it cap.👍it just needs lots of preparations and weather too hopefully one day cap.👍⚓️😉
Hi Captain, Great trip over and that was a big log! Just a tip when you are diving alone or with a buddy always do your dive in front of the boat that way if you get tired or in trouble you will be swimming back with the current and not against it also is a good idea to tide a line with a flotation device from the transom as an extra safety. Looking forward to your next video... Frank
Good tip! tip Frank i really appreciated cap and yes the current can get me in trouble, in this case it was not running at all but i see your awesome safety plan Frank , thanks cap.👍⚓👨✈️😉
Brother you need to get some interior red navigating running light the way you run with you’re brute lights doesn’t matter how good you’re gps/ plotter is in the coast guard we never got underway at night with brute light ,just passing a little wisdom on to you young man love your site stay safe and good winds and fair seas.
Thank you, captain and yes, I do have my lights red. If I choose to but messes up my videos. I don't use it on my videos but I do have navigation red lights.
Very true captain. But I was such an hurry to get to the Bahamas and I was very tired. But you have a good point. Thanks for the suggestion of captain.
Great to see you back on the water Cap. New prop, new generator, and new icemaker. Hope you get lots of fish so we can see how the icemaker works. CPH 3, Lobsters 0!
Great video Captain. It seems like the new changes: SS chain, relocation of the generator, and the new ice making machine are working well for you. Have you considered adding a spotlight, maybe on top of the cabin...?? Looking forward to the second part of the video. Saludos!
Somebody got a new ball cap. The constant A/C while in the CPH is going to spoil you. That was a great modification. Chasing that one lobster gave you a work-out. I'm late on this video, Captain. Looking forward to the lobster dinner video.
Yes cap. You will love the mael on the next video cap.and yes ac changes everything, and that lobster was very fast but the Ninja Fisherman was faster, new cap. Was replaced😁👍and see you at dinner in the next video cap. Thanks for watching cap 👍
Hi Capt, check for air and adjust the gain. A lot of people put pipe insulation over hydraulic lines so they don’t bang on boat I think at higher speed the sounds getting drowned out
I was just wondering if you see the lug floating why you don’t try to get it so you or anyone else don’t hit it? Just a question not judging, I think I would try and if too heavy I guess I leave it but I don’t know if there is a law that keeps you from taking anything like that on board, I’m a fan and love your content and follow you 😊also love the upgrades you do on your boat and till certain extent I watch your videos and feel like I’m traveling 😂 God bless you and keep doing what you are doing I appreciate you sharing your adventures
hello Mario and yes is very heavy specially wen they are on the water and it makes it Havier, but i like to tell others not to navigate fast at night wen you cant see, and thanks for being a awesome viewer of my channel cap. 😉👍👍
Hi Captain, I ran across your channel and i enjoyed this video. I believe we have the same boat. I will subscribe and go back and watch past vids. I would like to see how you added those items to your boat. Awesome vid.
Hello cap. And that is awesome and yes i have lots of vodeos of mods and maintenance of the Yamaha engine, Hope it helps, and if you have any questions, please let me know. Then I place the link of all the items that I use on the videos if it helps in the scripture below.👍⚓️
@@OutOnTheReef lol quit being a wussy. Nobody said you had to go where there waters ruff. Fishing is fishing sometimes to do what you love you gotta learn to adapt to different surroundings lololol Thousands of miles of water and you get lost trying something new lololol
@@OutOnTheReef intercoastal, gulf size... Hell options are endless and new territories make for new adventures 😉😉😉 You might even find you some new fishing holes... You could always buy yourself a cruise ship so you can stay anywhere in the world. You can drop a lot of lines off the top side of one of them and your wife might be happy she's got plenty of places to hide from you lololol
Quick comment on your YT success: It is because you RESPOND to COMMENTS from your Subs. It takes time... But certainly pays off in LOYALTY! (No response here please... ;0))
@colemant6845 yes i agree cap. I appreciate everyone comments because you all took the time to watch and im very great full for that cap. Without you my viewers there is no channel👍👍⚓️🌟have a great night cap.
Hi captain what pitch prop did you go with ? Is it a 3 or 4 blade i know that 4 blades are good for rough water and alot of times good on gas for long trips we use them on our bass boats .also make you another key to carry on you incase door accidentally get locked when you go out that would be horriable i was like oh no .love yall your videos makes me want a poilt house boat now lol .
Hello, captain and I'm using the 3 Blade prop because the fourth blade was reducing my RPM when fully loaded. But without the boat fully loaded, it was awesome, the 4 blade.
Been a while since I checked in on your channel... missed you. You are living my Dream... Congrats. I notice you live inland and haul your boat to launch. Do you ever keep the the Crooked Pilothouse on the water in a slip to be closer to the destinations? Thx... BTW: Great Quote" Who needs to sleep... When you can FISH... Right?!" 👍👍
welcome back cap. and yes i trailer my boat and i dont like to leave my boat away from my home because im always working on it and is not safe for me lo leave it any ware cap, and yes that Quote is awesome it just came out, thanks for coming back to my channel and see you on the next one cap.👍⚓
Yes i do cap. Is the one that i inflated to go on shore to Customs but if you arr talking about the one that is ready in a suitcase like the sailboats is very expensive probably like $4000 and up cap.👍
Also can you tell how you prepair for a trip like how long before you go do you check weather and what do you look for ? Seams like you always have good trips so any help you can gives us would be great . Also are you able to carry gun with you when you go over there for safety ?
Thank you, captain and I do have a lot of that information in my previous videos. And I check my weather every day.3 days before I leave on a trip.Because you can't trust the weather Earlier than that
Hey capt. Always wanted to ask you opinion on a AIS system. I noticed you never put one in. I have talked with and seen a lot of people using the system. Are you familiar with it? Why never install one? Thanks for your thoughts and opinions
hello cap i dont use one because you have to use your boat name and i do like my privacy but someone else should be ok cap, thanks for the question cap. 👍👍⚓
Hello cap. I have now close to 400hrs and running strong, this 4 cylinders engine are great cap. I think better then the Yamaha v6 Thanks for being part of my channel cap 😉
What part of Fl do you have to drive from. I work overseas but next Spring I will be pulling my boats down to West Palm and taking many trips like you alone. Maybe we can do some trips together. I have 3 different boats, a 32 Requlator CC, 32 SeaCraft and a 28 Albemarle express which I will mostly use because of comfort. We are rebuilding it now, new AC,, generator, etc.etc. I'll Have to trailer my boats from Savannah Ga, a little further. I also have access to a dockfront condo on Freeport.
im in the Central florida cap , and that is awesome great choice of boats and yes i agree take the most comfortable boat with you and having access to a dockfront condo on Freeport that is awesome cap, hopefully i will see you out there cap.⚓👍👨✈️
What happens if your engine breaks down say 5 miles off Bimini🫤? Does Boat US help international? Love your videos and sorry for all the questions. If you did a video on this in past happy to watch
