I have a problem with this deadlock. So I had recently installed this lock 3 weeks ago. It was working fine. But lately the keypad isn’t working. I’ve tried every button on the keypad and it’s not doing anything or making a noise. I had taken off the cables and reapplied them to the board but nothing happens. I’m able to use the Hubspace app to lock and unlock the deadlock. Is there something I’m missing?
