Cylinder blow-outs require the lock parts to be put back into the cylinder in the proper order. This consists of the springs and top pins being reinstalled in the top of the deadbolt with the bottom pins in the cylinder. We do not yet have a video explaining these steps and listing parts and tools required to repair a blow-out. However, we are working to get one up soon.
