You need to get some duct tape. We call it 200 mph tape here in the states. Works great for temporary repairs.

"Clearance Lights" are what the lights are called (in the US, anyway). Yes, they are also sometimes called "Running Lights".

I’m sitting here watching and wearing my Jupiter shirt, not as shiny as yours. Hopefully you can get some warranty or discount on new windows on the RV. Was wondering about the back/forward dash camera, does it record both at the same time? Grand Design is becoming the Lagoon 450 of the RV world. You may want to check out the work Liz Amazing (RU-vid) is doing as a consumer advocate for RV owners. Frame flex is plaguing Grand Design and a few others who all use the same frame supplier.

Interesting change- American RVs have some QC issues recently it seems, and going from a lean "all terrain (so to speak)" Mumby to a heavy land train is quite a contrast (though that is a nice pickup). But I guess you went all in on the American experience. I hope it lives up to expectations.

Yes they are marker lights. The 5 across means the vehicle is over 96 inches wide. You may find if you use the 3 ft extension antenna up on the roof of the rv your wifi or blue tooth signal may reach the truck better. It won't have to travel thru the walls and interior of the rv to get to your dash. CHEERS AND SAFE TRAVELS Steve h

Is you trailer vented with barometric dampers? It looks like you are getting internal space pressure pushing out your windows.

Did you give up sailing for RV life?

I'm pretty sure that those are called running lights. Can you get Grand Designs to fix your window issue? That should be a warranty issue and if they don't help you than a class action law suite. I would get on a page with other Grand Design owners and see what can be done about this because it's simply not acceptable at all.

Seems like RVs are more trouble le than boats with all the shortcuts taken to get them completed.

Have you checked our "All About RV's" ? He has a Grand Design and covers a bunch of problems that have been factory issues!!!

RV turning into money pit. Yip never understood the lack of fitted sheets to fit these beds or v births in yachts. Has Jupi run away??? Must have felt abandoned in the boat yard.

You know that RVs are worst than boats as far as quality control and warranty claims.
