I had an absolute DREAM run last night playing grail knight. I got the following synergy up and running and it was unbelievably broken. Crits instantly slay enemies with 4x the crit damage left A great hammer with a crits heal 5 health trait Taking damage gives you guaranteed crits for 3 seconds Melee attacks gain 25% power but deal 3 damage to self while over 50% health Chain lightning So basically guaranteed crits all the time, healing from those crits, and the crits execute enemies and proc chain lightning.
Two poins on Outcast Engineer and the Unique Boon rankings. 1) Aretath's Splendor (crit explosion) has *insanely* good synergy with engi's garantueed crits. You would be able to perma stun bosses with it if it wasn't because any boss dies within ten seconds of you opening fire on it with your crank gun. This unique is S+++ with engi specifically. 2) The double shot unique drains two shots worth of engi ability bar when firing the minigun. Probably a bug but just be aware that while you fire twice as fast you also drain the ability bar twice as fast.

I've been playing a famished flames battle wizard with flame sword and corsucation (my best guess at spelling) staff. I'm not willing to roll either so I decided I would use upgrade altars starting with blue. Upgrading to green first doesn't give me an extra roll at pilgrims coins, since when you upgrade it again later the property you rolled at green will persist. My strategy had been to upgrade melee to blue, ranged to Orange and then melee to red. I do it in this order because I want a trait on my ranged weapon earlier than my melee.
Had a zealot build on Cata with both temp hp talents, rolled random red bill hook that had regrowth got some damage reduction boons. Paired it with attacks can't be interrupted and guarantee crits on damage. No blocking pushing or dodging needed, just get surrounded take hits spam career skill and keep swinging/killing.
100% agree with the ranking of the boons. I don't even need to watch this as I feel the same, but I do like to hear what you have to say about them anyway. I myself need to play with more classes and weapons and not one trick, because I struggle outside of my comfort zone. I'm playing bounty hunter right now, I know you scored him pretty low, but I'am having fun regardless and most the time I'am getting more red circles then most of my team. I usually play with the falchion, because I like a Big Knoif! I'am starting out with flail more often now, as I HATE shields SO MUCH. and I can just nuke other shit with my pistols anyway, and feel safe with the CC anti shield flail. Currently trying to find your video on how to use the bill hook... but it's a bit too high skill for me, not comfortable with it, even know we think it's a great weapon. You are right about what you feel most conformable with for sure, and your rankings are a nice base line to work of off. Btw The ranged crit explode staggers monsters. For that I think it should be moved up once at least.
I was pretty far into my cat run as RV. My build revolved around getting hp back and power/reload speed when I picked up the ammo packs. Just running around with the pistol blasting fools. And then I saw it. The exotic ranged weapon oh it was glorious. It gave me throwing axes. I wiped on the next level and havent played RV since
I did my first dwarf cata CW last night and i got 3 uniques in the shrine before the citadel, bought lighting + garanteed crit when taken damage and the crit ranged attacks explode on my minigun, it was insane ♡
Playing grail knight or slayer makes it easy to just roll whichever weapon you don't use and temper the one you do. If you get something great off the random roll then you can roll your original weapon two and skip tempering entirely
Once on outcast I managed the most broken combo ever. Crit on 4 shots, extra ranged penetration from boons, lightning on crit, explosion on crit, ranged weapons shoot twice. I had about half the total damage of the entire party of perfectly competent players. They were barely allowed to play the game; monsters, hordes, and patrols were generally dead before they got to us.
While I agree unlimited dodge efficiency is usually not that great, it can be very fun on Outcast Engineer since the crank gun only has one effective dodge and slows you to a snail’s pace when deployed normally. Having the ability to move around while firing that thing is crazy fun!
I once had amazing combo on Grail knight, 50% of damage I take regens as thp and it waslast mission where we took that thing where all thp turns in to permanent, also had increased healing... I was immortal xD Also was dropping HP orbs when get damaged or something but didn't even need that.

Honestly that is completely coincidental xD Not knowing how to animate stuff I had to use a free web service from which I found a premade template that I then spent 12 hours trying to adjust the best I could because that's how shitty the controls are when you are animating from a fucking webservice haha! Don't recall specifically why I left it in there but am probably gonna make a new and better one at some point in the next few months and hopefully with some slightly better tools! XD
May I ask in Chaos Watse there a Citadel of Enternity map, I and my friends have been running Chaos Watse for tons of times but didn't see it. May I ask is there any condition or how to play the map? P/s: The "Addaiioth's Splendour" work perfectly when par with the Outcast Engineers's minigun. You can easily solo any bosses or delete a whole Patrols by yourself easily
Also there's a point to be made if you play with bots or have bots in the game after people leave -> the bots always use the same weapon power as the host, so he should maybe not go white -> red right away especially.
23:37 Salyak's chairity is character specific boon there are character that literally generate too much tmpHP for themselves. Mostly the one with stagger talent. Like scout dwarf with 2 1H hammers btw Scout dwarf is probably easiest to do OP build on: 1: take free bomb ult talet 2: buy bomb from shrine 3: BOOM 4: take all ULT cdr boons 5: even more BOOM
How's the overall hero power calculated in CW? Is it dependent on your hero level? and if I only upgrade my melee weapon to red, but my ranged weapon is 450 still, does my hero power for melee calculatw with the ranged weapon as well or only the melee weapon power?
Great question! :) So firstly. No. Your level doesn't affect your power at all, only the amount of talents you start out with. Secondly. Although I haven't specifically tested it I'm pretty sure that your overall power is just the average of your two weapons! In other words. In your example you would have 475 power regardless of which weapon you were using! :) Hope that makes sense and thanks for watching!
Is there a place to look all the stats up? That would be great to know. The strategy that I follow as GK, but it's more or less applicable to any other career is to upgrade weapons only at warriors altars. Shield weapon(my 2 slot) on map one(green). Then Blue for my primary weapon. Yellow for the secondary again and Red for the primary again. Since they decreased the spawn rate of the red tempers I don't expect to end the game with 2 red weapons. But with (700+600)/2 allows you to end a legend expedition with 650 power that's pretty ok. In my opinion chain lightning is too powerful. It's head and shoulders above all other unique boons.

29:20 i dont get why the attacks deplete stamina shield every attack counts as blocked right? and every block is a parry? so why does it deplete stamina?
Did the math on probability for unique boons and you are a little off. I'm assuming you didn't include the possibility of multiple uniques being rolled on a single shrine, which must also be different from each other. Assuming no uniques have already been rolled I get a 2.666666% chance of finding chain lightning in a shrine. If you have 2 uniques already this goes up to 3.08%
The math I did specifically calculated the probability of a unique occuring at least once. I did however use rounded numbers so instead of 0.6666666...% I put in 0.67% which came out as 2.6532% which I then rounded down to 2.65 :)
@@ThePartyKnife what I mean is in the situation where there is more than 1 unique in the pool, the odds of one being chain lightning go up because instead of it being a 1/15 chance, it is 1/14 or lower since other uniques have been taken out of the pool of options

he is pretty cringe, cant deny that, but the text at 16 ofcourse its not gonna be readable at 480p...put the res to 1080p60 and its gonna be perfectly readable ( assuming u on a phone like i am )
