@ThePartyKnife what is that 3x stack passive that isnt soot shield, new ti that game got my battle wizzard to 30 and i want to fully understand its intricacies. I also like the mace because of its anti armor capabilites. Any tips for mace gameplay?
Me and three bots are having a hard time actually having any strategy. I have a melee weapon and another melee weapon. it's time to just run and hit things.
Years late, but the Paired Skull-Splitters are not an exact clone of Bardin's hammers. I tried them and thought something was off because they just felt worse than Bardin's. Turns out, they are a bit different. The heavies are pretty much exactly the same, but Saltz' L3 has a steeper angle that cleaves less to the left, and the L4 in Bardin's Armoury listing is real. If you do LLLL you'll notice Bardin does the normal L1-L3 sequence (with the last light being more horizontal than Saltz') but puts in a fourth, very horizontal swing. Saltz doesn't do that, it's a very repetitive one-two-three pattern while Bardin light spam seems more irregular. So they are worse, at least a bit.
I only discovered that the flail/shield blocks while charging for heavy while a gunner was unloading on me and nothing was getting through...if they haven't fixed this by now I don't think it was unintended lol.

I wish you would upload more frequently, i really liked your content and imho you could have a future as content creator (i understand if you don't choose that route) - Either way i would love for you to do more Vermintide 2 Videos.
I don't get why everyone says this class is OP. She's soooo squishy compared to the others. Whenever I find myself alone I get destroyed, which initially led me to believe that she is even more of a support class than the dwarf
What this guide neglects to mention is stagger vs Monsters. Normal weapon attacks never stagger a monster, and therefor never gain damage vs stagger bonuses. Smiter DOES work (at 20%) vs monsters, as does Assassin, but the only way to benefit from Mainstay or Bullwark is to hit the monster with a "heavy stagger" such as a Footknight charge or bomb, and even then the benefit is only momentary. Also it's worth keeping in mind that Power affects things other than just damage. Power determines how many enemies your attacks can cleave through and how much you knock them around. So even if the raw damage is lower it's very possible that higher Power will be more valuable anyway.
sorry for the necromancy, just wanted to ship in that Push attack > Light Attack > Heavy Attack strings together all the attacks with arrmor dmg on the hammer and shield in case u are force to deal with armored units on ur own. seems to also work in other weapons like axe and shield, but dont see a use for it in that case
1) how much stagger push attack do? i play haidenmaiden with push attack talent 30% speed, so smite is not good choice for me then? 2) does staggers apply on big enemies? especially with push attack, can i assume that push + hit + hit would give me bunus damage on big enemies each time?

Ooooh I’m so happy you’re into Dark and Darker, this game gets deep!! I’m revisiting Vermintide 2 after a couple years hiatus and was hoping for a necromancer guide or a guide to some of the rebalancing, but I can see that you’ve moved on to games you’re currently enjoying. As long as you’re making the content you like then you’re making the right choice, but there’s some new V2 content that I’ve had a lot of fun coming back to! Maybe one day you’ll play with it too. Side note, I haven’t enjoyed darktide as much as Vermintide, how do you feel about it?

I was thinking it'd be cool if Pyromancer's Dissipating Rictus buff could show up in the heat bar somehow. So you don't have to awkwardly check the bottom left all the time to see if you're killing yourself or not 😅 Is that something you can do?
for people watching in 2023 try out necormancer bot, feels super good, she snipes specials quite often with her staff, the minions are great meatshields and overall way above your avarage bot
For what it's worth, you are THE Vermintide expert... period. I've never seen anyone break down game mechanics, decision making, and attack sequences like you do. I used to watch a lot of your videos for efficient attack sequences in Vermintide 2. Today, I visited your channel hoping to find more of the same for Darktide but was disappointed to find that you've basically stopped making videos altogether. I used to run a RU-vid channel and understand the burnout, so I personally understand if that's the case for you. However, I just wanted to leave you this message to encourage you to make more videos if it's the case that you're putting too much pressure on yourself to make content. If you have any interest left in making videos, the substance that you create speaks for itself. You don't need any awesome intros or jokes, and you don't need to be flashy at all. People will watch your videos just for your expertise and insight. You could literally just record yourself (audio only) thinking out loud about attack sequences and break points.
