Deflasking or de flasking orchid seedlings

Hi Ben 2 of my videos on this channel show how to sow the seeds. It depends on whether they are from a seed pod which has split open or if it's 'sealed' and still green, both methods are shown on here. The medium is available in dry form as a 'kit' including the medium and the agar to set it from our site - link in video description Onced mixed you need to sterilise it in flasks in an autoclave or pressure cooker OR buy the ready to use tubes to sow your seeds in - also requiring sterilising

These plants will flower in around 6 - 7 YEARS from this point. All Cattleya are very very slow to get to flowering size
