Please note: I was lucky to have filmed what I did (and as relatively steady as I did) given I was in a Deftones moshpit and had to ward off constant elbowing, crowd surfing and even the occasional beer flinging to record what I did...it's hard work in the pit, dammit!

i guess the idea on his stuff from White Pony through to Diamond Eyes is that was meant to be more textural to blend with the other instruments, rather than in your face. from KNY to now his keys have been a little more in your face, but textural stuff blends in the mix really well and isn’t so loud.

@deepgx Fand gerade den Aufbau mit den heftigen Sachen am Anfang und am Ende sehr geil! Anders hät ichs wohl auch nich durchgehalten :) Die Gänsehaut-Atmosphäre kommt bei Xerces aber auch zu perfekt rüber!
